The phone evidence covers the 90-day free trial, deliberate post-trial plan payment, durable offline-receipt recovery and grouped two-decimal currency values. Reset links still expire after 30 minutes, work once, supersede older links and revoke existing sessions after a successful reset. Install and verify

Confirm the phone received the current signed build.

Download the APK from ShopLite.Africa only.Do not install a forwarded copy. Open ShopLite and confirm version 1.6.12 build 24. Allow Chrome as an install source for this install, then switch that permission off. Check every tab for clipped text, overlapping controls or Flutter overflow warnings. On an existing ShopLite installation, sync every pending offline receipt to zero, record the current business/version and export any bookkeeping CSV records needed as a separate backup. Install Build 24 over the existing app without uninstalling or clearing storage; confirm the signed upgrade preserves the account, business, products, sales and offline state. Open Account → Check for updates and confirm the verified feed identifies 1.6.12 build 24 as current.

Do not use a copied hash: compare the downloaded APK with the official SHA256SUMS_1.6.12.txt file from shoplite.africa.

Partner sign-up and referral

Validate the public onboarding safeguards without exposing financial details.

Confirm the home page, Guide and Verification page all identify version 1.6.12 build 24 and link to the same verified APK/checksum. Confirm sign-up cannot finish until the simple Partnership Terms are displayed and actively accepted. In Paystack test mode only, verify an authorised test bank account and confirm only the masked number remains visible.Never use somebody else's account or include the full number in evidence. Complete an authorised test sign-up and confirm the permanent SLA ID, referral code, link and QR code appear. Complete a controlled Paystack test payment and confirm 30% of the pre-VAT subscription goes to the Ambassador, VAT remains separate, and the actual gateway fee is charged against Notify-IC's 30% allocation.Do not make a live charge for acceptance testing.

Password recovery

Verify the exact Build 24 reset lifecycle with an authorised test account.

Request a reset from the ShopLite sign-in screen, the public reset page and the Ambassador Portal; each path must show the same privacy-safe confirmation for registered and unregistered email addresses. Confirm the newest reset email arrives and states that its secure link expires after 30 minutes and works once. Request a second link and confirm the first unused link is rejected as superseded while the newest link remains valid. Set a new password of at least 10 characters, then confirm the used link cannot be replayed. Confirm the old password fails, the new password works and every session that existed before the successful reset must sign in again.

Never place a password or reset token in the downloaded tester record, screenshots or support messages.

Business and inventory

Prove that live data loads and product changes persist.

Register a new test business and confirm the dashboard loads without a connection error. In Products, tap Scan to add, scan a new barcode or QR code, and confirm its value is prefilled before saving the product. Scan that code again, choose Add stock, receive a positive quantity, and confirm the existing stock increases without creating a duplicate. Confirm product count, stock quantity, sales and profit values are readable and correct.

Barcode and QR scanning

Validate camera and manual lookup as separate paths.

Open Scanner, grant camera access, and confirm the live preview is clear. Assign and scan EAN-13 6920377901837; confirm the correct test product appears. Create and scan a different QR product code; confirm the correct second product appears. Enter both codes manually and confirm camera and manual lookup return the same products. Scan an unknown code and confirm a clear not-found result appears without a timeout.

Units, alternate codes, variants and bundles

Prove complex stock still resolves to one clear sellable identity.

Add two valid codes to one product; scan each and confirm both open the same product without creating duplicate stock. Try to assign an active code to another product and confirm ShopLite blocks it with a clear correction path. Add a pack and carton with confirmed whole-number conversions; sell one of each and confirm base stock falls by the exact conversion. Confirm zero, negative, decimal and missing unit conversions are rejected. Add two variants, scan/search each and confirm stock, price and reports remain distinct while the parent grouping is clear. Create a two-component bundle, reject a repeated normalised component, and confirm availability equals the least-available component. Scan the bundle barcode and enter the bundle ID manually; both must resolve to one clear bundle sale line. Hold and cancel a bundle basket; confirm no component, branch, product, variant or batch stock changes.

Suppliers, receiving, batches, adjustments and labels

Trace stock from an authorised order to the shelf.

Create a supplier and purchase order with products, units, quantities, costs and expected totals; approve it with an authorised role. Partially receive the order, then receive the remainder; confirm received, outstanding and stock quantities stay correct. Retry the same receiving request and confirm stock is not added twice; unauthorised over-receipt must be blocked. Receive two eligible batches with different expiry dates, sell normal/unit/variant stock and confirm the earliest expiry is allocated first. Sell a bundle whose components use batches; confirm every component is allocated FEFO and the complete sale fails atomically when any component is insufficient. Confirm a non-expiring product remains usable without a fabricated expiry date and expired stock is not silently allocated. Record damaged, lost and expired adjustments; require sufficient stock, a reason, actor, role, unit and time. Preview and print/share a product/unit barcode and QR label, scan it back to the same record, and confirm cancellation does not change stock.

Branches, prices, transfers, counts and approvals

Validate branch separation and controlled stock movement.

Create two branches with unique names/codes and confirm a cashier cannot enter an unauthorised branch. Set branch-specific price and stock at Branch A; confirm Branch B and the shared product identity remain correct. Dispatch from Branch A and confirm A available stock falls while the quantity is in transit and unavailable at Branch B. Receive once at Branch B; confirm in-transit clears and B stock rises once. Retry dispatch/receipt without a second mutation. Test permitted partial receipt, rejection and cancellation; reconcile to one final quantity with actors recorded. Start, save and resume a physical-count draft without changing live stock; review variance/reasons before approval posts once. Confirm unauthorised price, adjustment, transfer and reconciliation actions are blocked at UI and API; block self-approval where configured. Confirm branch totals reconcile to the owner view for one period/currency and audit history records actor, approver, branch, action and time without edit/delete.

Sale, return, stock and offline recovery

Verify every product or bundle sale and return is recorded exactly once.

Add two products to one sale, change a quantity and verify the basket total. Complete one online cash sale and confirm stock, recent sales and profit update once. Complete one bundle sale and confirm every converted component, branch/product/variant balance and batch allocation changes atomically once. Return the bundle from its original receipt and confirm exact components and original batch allocations are restored once. Disable Wi-Fi and mobile data, complete one sale and confirm it enters Offline & sync once. Force-close and reopen ShopLite before reconnecting; confirm the exact pending receipt remains available and the completed basket is not silently lost. Restore internet, retry twice, and confirm the queue clears with one server sale and one stock/batch reduction. Retry the same receipt-linked return and confirm no component or batch quantity is restored twice.

Register a new authorised test business and confirm Plan and subscription shows 90 trial days with no payment required to begin. Confirm the trial copy states that ShopLite makes no automatic first charge; continuing after the trial requires the merchant to choose a plan and complete payment. Confirm all four plan totals match this table before checkout. Complete one Paystack test payment and confirm the selected period becomes active. Confirm ShopLite never displays or stores card details. Confirm Paystack, Flutterwave, SWIFT bank transfer and PAPSS via UBA are all listed with accurate availability states. After Flutterwave KYC approval, complete one controlled test-mode payment and confirm server verification before activation. Confirm the verified Ambassador receives exactly 30% of the pre-VAT subscription while VAT remains separate and Flutterwave charges are reconciled against Notify-IC. Confirm SWIFT and PAPSS never activate a subscription from an uploaded receipt or screenshot; activation follows a unique reference and reconciled bank credit.

Reports, restocking and currency

Confirm the shop owner can act on real business data.

Open Reports and confirm Smart Restock Guide shows units sold, selling speed, profit, margin, current stock and reorder level. Confirm fastest-selling and highest-profit products are ranked from actual sales data. Confirm a low-stock product receives a clear reorder recommendation while healthy stock is not falsely flagged. Change the business currency and confirm dashboard, products, sales, receipts and reports display the selected currency code, comma grouping and exactly two decimal places (for example, NGN 28,350.00).

Stop the release for any failed check. Record the exact steps, phone model, Android version and online/offline state. A successful camera read followed by a server timeout is a failed end-to-end scan test.
