Enter the email used for ShopLite. If an account exists, we will email a secure reset link.

For your security: ShopLite never asks for your old password, reset link, card PIN or bank OTP. A reset link expires 30 minutes after it is requested and works only once. A new request invalidates every earlier unused reset link. A successful reset revokes all current ShopLite sessions.

Use at least 10 characters. A longer passphrase that you do not reuse elsewhere is safer.

Use only the newest reset link. Every new request invalidates all earlier unused links; each link expires after 30 minutes and works once.

Password updated

Your password has been reset.

Return to ShopLite and sign in with your email and new password. For safety, existing ShopLite sessions have been signed out.
