Notify-IC ShopLite

Partnership Terms and Conditions

Version 2026-08-28-v2 ยท Effective 28 August 2026

This is the simple agreement for ShopLite Ambassadors and Partners.

  1. You earn 30% of the pre-VAT ShopLite subscription price paid by every eligible merchant permanently linked to your ambassador code. VAT, payment-gateway charges and other taxes or statutory deductions are not commissionable.
  2. ShopLite records the first valid referral at registration. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, misleading promotion, spam, fraud and attempts to change a locked referral are prohibited.
  3. Commission is created only after an enabled ShopLite payment provider confirms a successful payment. Refunds, chargebacks and reversed or fraudulent payments reverse the related commission.
  4. You authorise ShopLite and its enabled payment providers to verify the bank account you provide and to settle eligible commission automatically to that account. You must keep your identity, contact and bank details accurate.
  5. Either party may end the partnership. ShopLite may suspend referrals or settlement while investigating fraud, legal, sanctions, identity, payment or account-security concerns. Valid commission earned before termination remains subject to refunds and chargebacks.
  6. ShopLite processes partnership, referral, device and payment evidence under its Privacy Notice. By ticking the acceptance box, you confirm that you have read and accepted this version of the Partnership Terms and Conditions.

Allocation policy: Ambassador 30%, Notify-IC 30% and ShopLite operations 40% of the pre-VAT subscription base. Notify-IC bears the actual payment-gateway fee from its own allocation. VAT is recorded separately.

Acceptance evidence: ShopLite records the terms version, acceptance time, terms fingerprint and privacy-preserving technical evidence. Your full bank account number is not retained by ShopLite after the payment provider creates the settlement subaccount.
